Step 1: Send your inquiry. Submit full requirements including material grade, thickness, width, length, surface finish, quantity and secondary processing needs such as laser cutting or bending. Also tell us your target port, certification needs such as MTC and whether SGS or TUV third-party inspection is required. Our sales and technical team reviews your specs quickly.
Step 2: Quotation and technical confirmation. We provide transparent itemized factory quotation with price, payment term, lead time and validity period. Our engineers will check if standard sizes can meet your requirement to save your budget. We can adjust the proposal if you have special requests.
Step3: Sample verification (optional but recommended). For new custom projects especially PVD color decorative sheets, we produce samples for you to check surface effect, color and quality. Once sample is approved, we lock all technical parameters for mass production.
Step4: Sign contract and arrange deposit. After you confirm the quotation and sample, we sign formal sales contract. Once deposit is received, we schedule production in our factory production queue.
Step5: In-house production and QC inspection. Starting from raw coil incoming spectrum test, slitting, grinding, polishing, PVD coating and cut-to-size processing. Our independent QC team continuously monitors thickness, flatness and surface quality during manufacturing. We send production photos and videos to update you.
**Step6: Final inspection and document preparation. **Before packing, we conduct finished goods sampling. If required, SGS or TUV inspectors come for on-site sampling and lab testing. We prepare MTC mill test certificates and other export documents.
Step7: Professional packaging and loading. Sheets are protected with PE film, interleaving paper and corner guards, stacked on pallets and wrapped by stretch film. Goods are firmly fixed inside the container. Our QC team double checks packing condition.
Step8: Shipment and document handover. We arrange sea freight, air freight or courier. After shipment, we send full set of shipping documents including invoice, packing list and MTC for customs clearance. We keep tracking logistics status until goods arrive.
